For any mobile application offered by Mialight LLC that includes premium tiers or auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Apple's Role: All digital purchases, payments, and subscription management are processed and managed securely and exclusively by Apple via the App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your iOS System Settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions). All refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Mialight LLC does not process refunds directly.

• Brand Ownership: The name Mialight LLC, logos, website visual design, user interfaces, original texts, and branding assets are the exclusive property of Mialight LLC.
• Third-Party Media: Certain audio, musical, or visual assets used within our Services are utilized under professional royalty-free licenses from third-party platforms. These assets are for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment inside our Services only and may not be extracted, redistributed, or resold.

• Local App Content: Personal text inputs, creations, or custom logs generated inside our applications are typically stored locally in your device's secure sandbox or synced via your private Apple iCloud containers, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Mialight LLC does not host or access these private files.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and technical security of your physical device, Apple ID, and iCloud account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mialight LLC, its founders, and its contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or applications, or from your reliance on any information provided within the Services.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Furthermore, all mobile apps published via the iOS App Store are subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
