Mialight LLC — Privacy Policy

Our current core applications are designed with an on-device, privacy-first architecture.

• Local Storage: Most of your personal inputs, creations, and user-generated content remain within the app’s secure local sandbox on your physical device.
• Apple Cloud Services: To sync data seamlessly across your iOS devices, our applications may utilize Apple’s official native storage infrastructure, such as private CloudKit or iCloud Key-Value storage, which is securely tied to your personal Apple ID.
• Centralized Servers: Mialight LLC does not access, read, or host your private personal logs, entries, or databases on central servers under our control, except where a specific current or future feature explicitly requires cloud processing (which will be clearly disclosed to you).

• In-App Data: Our core mobile applications do not require you to create an account with us, nor do they transmit your name, email address, or identity to Mialight LLC for basic usage.
• Website Interactions: You may voluntarily provide your email address on our website to join product waitlists or receive updates (such as announcements for new apps like Suns). Providing this information is entirely optional, and we will never sell or share your email with third-party marketers.

If you subscribe to our mailing list via our website, we may occasionally send you mindful updates or announcements about upcoming products from Mialight LLC. You can opt out at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link included in every email.

To improve our applications, we may use pseudonymous product analytics tools to study general usage patterns (e.g., tracking which general sections are visited).

• We do not use these analytics for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your interactions.
• Analytics SDKs are configured to exclude sensitive user-generated text inputs or media.
• Separate technical crash logs and App Store metrics may be shared with us through Apple, subject to your global device privacy selections with Apple.

All premium features, subscriptions, and billing transactions are processed securely and directly by Apple via the App Store. Mialight LLC never collects or stores your financial or credit card information.

• For local and iCloud-synced app data, deleting the application from your device removes local records. You can manage your private Apple iCloud containers directly within your iOS System Settings.
• For website subscribers, choosing to unsubscribe will promptly remove your email address from our active mailing list.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new products or changes to our Services. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
